1 star because I can't do 0 stars. Went into Walmart because les schwab was booked out 2 weeks. I was having 4 loose tires mounted and balanced on factory wheels. I was mis quoted by $100, I waited for 5 hours, the tires were filled to 50% of their capacity which means I have to have them rebalanced and every single lug not on the truck was dangerously loose, requiring 2.5 turns to get them tight. Kinda silly to pay for a lifetime balance if you are risking the longevity of your rig and your own life to allow them to do the service. They are almost twice as expensive as les schwab and clearly their techs are absolutely clueless and too stoned to run an impact gun or torque wrench. Go somewhere that they can read the pressure spec on the tires and actually fill them up instead of at half capacity and totally loose.

They are so short staffed that you have to call 2 or 3 times and wait on hold forever to be able to talk to someone. Got my oil changed, they said it would take 30-45 minutes. An hour later when I walked back there... oh yeah your cars done now! They never let us know when it was done. Tires were all over inflated and oil was dumped all over the top of my engine. They were definitely alot faster and cared more before
