I stopped in here twice to get a loan on some items. First was a laptop. I asked for a $100 and got it. Second was my Apple Watch. I asked for $75 and got it. Store was very clean. Both employees I worked with were very friendly and helped me quickly.

Kendall was very nice. Helped with all our needs. Called ahead of time to get the hours they are open. Made a great deal with us. Would definitely do business with again.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you come here, you should be prepared to be offered an unfair price offer. On two separate occasions, I brought in items and was given such a low amount. I brought in a good condition laptop that was worth $170 brand new. The guy told lady they would give me $30. I said I would take $30. I understand they need to make a profit . The laptop work, connected to internet, and kept a charged. The lady that help me said $25. I debated for a second and gave them time to look at my laptop. She kept coming over and lowering the price. The third time she ask me for my I’d and said $20. I kept asking her why she keeps lowering from their original offer. She stumble to find an answer. She said it’s a windows 8. I said, you can updated computer to a windows 10. She says,” I know.” She tried having me take low ball offer for a computer worth way than $20. I took the computer home and updated to a window 10s and sold for $60. I took a ring from previous relationship that worth over $100 brand new and never worn. They offered me $10. This place doesn’t value a customer or a buyer. There only value is to offer you lowest offer and have you buy it for a value of a new item in stores. They have no customer service. The people working in the build are to just be there. Do not waste your time here. There other pawn shop or even Facebook marketplace that will buy items or sale for a fair price. I will never return to this store.
