Pendisse is a great hair shop, great price, good conversations have you laughing. they stand by their product and their work. I will be going back to get my touch-up. only side note I have to add is their so good that they stay super busy and it's hard to get into see them, which is a good thing for a business. They are a one stop hair shop with all your essential hair product's.

If I could give this store a zero star, I would. I had my hair scheduled on Monday maybe due to miscommunication it was on Wednesday. When I called the store, the lady was telling my me I wasn’t on the book and I told her we spoke over the phone. She noticed I sounds a little bit mad, she stared raising her voice at me. I hanged the phone coz nobody is going to do that to me. I came back to the store to have a mature conversation with her, I asked were u the lady I was talking to? She started raising her voice again. Told her please stop raising ur voice at me, I even had witnessed. Listen if u seen ur customers mad or disappointed even if u are working by yourself. U supposed to act very matured not immature. The lady was very unprofessional and I don’t recommend anybody going here at all. You can’t raise your voice at me like I’m ur child, do that to your husband and kids not me‼️

First visit and actually had everything I needed. Staff is very polite. You're greeted when you come in and when you leave. Sells hard to find hair products for people of color.
