The first thing I see when I came inside of the store was a very long line. Like really? Just one employee and he was very slow too. They need to be faster and have more employees. The gas price was alright and the selection was okay. Thanks for reading my review. Peace ✌️

This used to be a desired location to stop my truck but they have really gone downhill. All of the truck spots were full at 11 a.m. on a Saturday; two of them by little four-wheelers that were reserving a spot and the rest by trucks that had no driver at the stop. One company was using the lot to swap out trailers so there was no peace and quiet for a nap. The subway had a limited menu apparently because of covid-19; even though they apparently had all of the products frozen in the back but just were not using them; and the excuse of "extra expense" really made no sense. I've traveled to two Nations and to both ends of the continent during this crisis and I've never seen a Subway with a limited menu. The store's Fountain drinks are watered down. When I raised the parking concerns with the cashier I got a dismissive " I just work here, [don't bother me with your customer feedback], there's nothing the management can do about it". Well I'm sorry for the bad review. To recycle your same ineffectual excuse back at you, I'm just a customer looking to spend money at your location; there was nothing I could do about the bad review. It's just a truthful report of what a customer visiting your location will face.

I disagree with David Folgate regarding the staff here. I found them to be friendly all hours or the day or night. They are very professional and helpful here. I been going here for years since it was first opened... Never have i had a bad experience in the 100's of times i have stopped here.

Truck drivers: don't waste your time, hot food shuts down at 8pm and there are only 8 parking spots with drop trailers in half of them. The management seems unconcerned about the lack of hot food and the parking situation. Keep moving to the next truck stop.
