Have always gotten nice lean meat from there. But ordered hamburger they said was 93% lean opened up a package and looked more 73% lean! Very fatty and a real lite pink. Nasty looking stuff!

When I dropped my deer off to be caped they left about 5 pounds of meat on the neck that my taxidermist ended up cutting off for me. The jerry was great but the cuts for loins and chops were butchered bad. I was not impressed with the sausage and and deer sticks for the expensive price I paid. Needless to say I don't think I'll be taking another deer there unless it's my last option.
