Theater and lobby OK. Why is there a giant vacant "front desk" area that you have to walk around (no signs for those of us who had not been to the movies since 2019) to get to one sole employee standing at a card table to scan your electronic ticket? Concessions: Kind of thought I might catch something. No napkins, area was filthy (movie started at 5:30PM on a Saturday, can only imagine what 9PM must have looked like!?!), something wrong with the ice dispenser! Watched every person walk up and attempt to fill their cup and everyone missed! There was a healthy pile of ice on the floor and most had to push the pile of ice on the tray/grate aside to attempt (and subsequently add to the piles of ice everywhere) while they attempted to fill their cups. Didn't use the restroom, but wife said the women's was disgusting and desperately needed new plumbing fixtures as they all were leaking water. AMC, please help this location!!!!

Was an awful experience. Soda was all over the floor at the soda dispenser. Garbage overflowing in the trashcans. The women's bathroom had no paper towels. Water overflowing insinks. Only 2 sinks working. None of the bathrooms were clean or had enough toilet paper. Theater 8 hadn't been cleaned. When I went to find a manager there was no one around. My family and I were disappointed and disgusted.

Staff is absolutely amazing. All have smiles and the managers themselves have excellent customer service. It is a little pricey but it's still a fun place for family and friends. Shout out to Cayden for making my day anytime I go in to watch a movie.

It is a theater not much to say. But, we had a good time. You should try to go out with the family at least once a month. Make it a fun day. We had dinner at a near by food place and then a movie.
