This is a scam operation. Please use someone else and save yourself the headache. This review is for KeyMe Support. I wrote a previous review documenting the scam associated with their pricing. I complained and was directed to the 'Support' department. The rep I spoke with was either incompetent or simply reading from a list of predetermined responses. She took no time to understand what my issue was and she kept repeating the same thing over and over, even though I asked he to stop. She suggested my problems with their pricing was my fault because I didn't ask the right questions about the pricing. She completely disregarded any obligation on their part to disclose the specific cost of the service, only the range. Unacceptable!

Very unprofessional, very rude, and no communication. I called to get a price quote and they sent someone before I agreed or got a price. I was able to locate the key that had been lost and answered who I thought was the person giving me the quote and it was the guy sent to fix me key. Very rude, lack of communication.
