Negative stars not available! I've stopped no less than five times at this Chester's they never have the gizzards ready if they have them at all. Tonight I had the kids with and they wanted chicken strips. There was a whole Tray of chicken strips there. They said sorry we're done and dumped them. Poor customer service. I don't know if I'll ever stop again. Just fed up with poor customer service.

Staff had zero awareness. There was a line of customers and four workers behind the counter. Only one of them was actually busy. Not a single staff member wanted to help anybody checkout. They just kept directing people to the next counter. Took almost 10 minutes to buy two waters.

I wish I could give -10 stars. The old, white haired lady in the corner NEEDS to go! I was there this morning and her VERBALLY talking about a co-worker to a customer was extremely unprofessional and sickening to watch. He looked extremely upset and uncomfortable I returned my items I had intended to purchase and left. She is really rude and needs to go! I will not return to this place until she is gone. I've had run ins with her previously but that experience was the final straw. I do appreciate the overnight crew, they are super sweet and always a good laugh! But when that old lady comes on, the whole mood changes.

Never any semi parking because they allow bobtails to take up whole trucking spots. Amazon warehouse nearby so bobtails fill the lot. I have tried twice at different times of the day in the last week but Always no spots. Because I was in a hurry to shut down I didn't go in. Great place to eat and shop otherwise. The one time I did get a spot months ago I spent a few hundred dollars in the store on food, cheese, and some other stuff. So they have a great variety of merchandise.
