We used the KFC app to order dinner. I followed the instructions on the app. Went to KFC, tried to go inside, doors looked. Went thru drive thru, explained here for pick up order. Got home they had forgotten one of my meals. Tried to call, no one answered. So I had to go back thru the drive thru. There was now a line of 5 cars!! Got food finally. It was good.

I will never go to this location again. 3 strikes you are out. We ordered a bucket of extra crispy chicken - the chicken was dried out like it was under the heat lamp way too long. The buns on the chicken littles were hard. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich without pickles - I could taste pickles on the sandwich so you know the sandwich was already made and they just picked the pickles off. They need to hire a quality manger to check the food that is going out.

I drove past this location recently and from the way it looked it appeared that it was closed - for good. Oops, in the 20 years we have lived on this side of town this location was getting another renovation. At least 3-4 times that we have lived here. You can put lipstick and mascara on a pig but it's still a pig. Who picked those colors? Black letters on a deep red background!?!? Anyway, my wife was in a hurry and picked up a 4 piece traditional today 8/31/2021. I think the Colonel lost half of his spices. This was bland chicken, not the KFC I'm used to. Maybe the spices went into the paint? And I have no idea what animal part or where it came from that was supposed to be a wing. That poor thing suffered so. Talk about compound fractures!! We get better, less expensive, fried chicken, larger pieces from the deli at our local grocer.

Too many incompetent and selfish employees at this location. Sat in the drive through, at 8:10 PM, for 20 minutes while calling into the speaker before an employee even recognized someone was there. The employee then proceeded to say " please hold on." I am the only person in the lot. If the owner sees this please try and find some good help.
