The food is always good but the prices have gotten out of hand. We had over $30 in food (no ice cream) and we were charged $3 for a large cup of water.

Very overpriced. 4$ for a 16 oz root beer float for the lady. Snow cone place was closed. Too bad they screw you or I would’ve been back

The inconsistencies are very saddening. There are definitely times where everything is great, but sadly there's also times where the food is just bad. I've had one of the best burgers in the Panhandle here. Then two days later I practically had to choke the next one down cause it was so dry. Same goes for the shakes. When they're right, they're honestly some of the best shakes I've had. There's also times where you almost can't taste any flavor and other times where the flavor is way too much. I've had similar experiences across the menu as well unfortunately. The issues don't stop with the food. The last time I visited the girl that was sent to the counter was extremely shy. She came up and signed into the tablet and then just stared at me. On top of that she was very quiet and I found myself leaning over the counter and having her repeat herself. I watched 4-5 other customers have a very similar experience. The food runner during my wait continously came out and interrupted the counter girl asking where stuff went. The counter girl handled this rather well and repeated each time that the runner should call out the name. This sadly happened every time the food runner came out to a new customer however. I truly hope they can get things sorted out as we desperately need this option in town and the food really is good at times. Sadly I feel this will be the exact same as last year. Just as things started to look up they closed for the season. This will probably be rinse and repeat every year as they basically have brand new employees or very rusty employees to train every spring.
