My boyfriend and I went to this location a lot, but recently not as much with experiences we been having. One of a rude comments made to my boyfriend. But tonight, I got a chicken sandwich got home and there was no bun on top. My boyfriend went back to get a new one. He arrived the person up front just stared at him and disappeared for about 5 minutes. Than slapped the bun on top of the sandwich. My sandwich was now completely cooled and not enjoyable. Not very professional!

Had the pleasure of stopping into the hales corners Culver’s this evening and I was greeted by one of the sweetest customer service employees, Jimmy. He was patient, kind, and made sure to have our order correct. At the end of the meal we treated ourselves to some ice cream and Jimmy made sure to get our ice cream for us quickly ! Culver’s needs more employees like Jimmy.

Had a great experience at this Culver’s today, mainly thanks to Jimmy who was working the register. He efficiently helped me get the cheese curds that were forgotten on my order and did so with a positive attitude, even though it was very busy. Definitely turned what could have been a bad experience into a very good one. Thanks Jimmy!

This place was outstanding we came in 10 people deep and we were taken care of with fast service, speedy food and the quality was amazing as well. The staff was friendly and was a well oiled machine. Outstanding job to the staff.
