Bad service, too much waiting even if there are few patients

DONT COME HERE! Waited 3.5 HOURS just for vitals and blood work WITH AN APPOINTMENT. They can’t answer any questions and are very unorganized. Their is no where to sit and they won’t give you blood work results over the phone, you have to come back in to see the doctor and go through that nightmare of a wait again. They need to get it together, stop accepting new patients and walk-ins (because they obviously aren’t capable of handling it) or simply be shut down.

Omg this place is not up to par. None of the nurses could help me with any questions I had. They just kept bouncing me from one nurse to another. There needs to be more order and coordination and communication. It's ridiculous that only one person knows any information. Smh

I usually don’t write reviews but I’m writing this one because I’m baffled by the low ratings. This clinic has professional staff and outstanding doctors! Sure there is wait time sometimes but what medical clinic doesn’t?? At least I know that at this place, doctors go above and beyond for their patients. I love Dr. Maribel Khoury. She always explains things in a way that I can easily understand. I trust her opinion and advice and that is the most important thing that a doctor’s office can offer me.
