I’ve always enjoyed jimmy johns but after this last order, I’m done. Last night I order jimmy johns it’s almost an hour to close but I think that it’s alright. I get it for asap but after I order it says expected tomorrow. I think fine I guess I can live with just eating it for lunch. But today I decide to go back in and check the tracker and sometime last night they must delivered it but without trying to notify me at all. My food was completely covered in ants.Great job guys, thank you so much. Big tip; don’t eat here, waste of money

I found out yesterday why this location has so many one star reviews. Placed a pickup order and when I got the order and returned home, my chips and cookie were missing from the bag. When I called, the manager indicated he would refund my order and only charge me for what I received. I had used a coupon when ordering and when did the credit and re-bill, he charged me full price instead of honoring the coupon code. I also never received an apology for the inconvenience. Tosa area clientele won't put up with that level of service for very long. Best of luck in your quest for more 1 star reviews.
