Needed an in stock fridge and swung into Colders for a quick look. Our sales rep, Paul, was friendly, efficient, shared solid info and did not hover! I texted him later with a quick question and he got right back to me. When we decided to move forward I texted to ask that he have the purchase ready to go when we got there and unbelievably it was! It was a great experience with outstanding customer service and I only hope the fridge is as good as the sales experience!

Been watching some furniture at this store. It was on the 'Memorial Day Sale' price listed for $368. Was waiting a few more days to purchase, logged in and price now listed at $492. Same sale listed. They even changed it from "50% plus 15% off" to "50% plus 20%" off to make it seem like a good deal, but the price is still higher. I contacted online to see if I could get the previous sale price. They said no, price raise due to inflation. However, other furniture companies have always set dates with sale prices and honored them/not changed the price within that sale time frame. I am deeply disappointed and will likely never purchase from them until they change their sale tactics and advertising.

The communication regarding delivery was excellent. The delivery was prompt, friendly, and professional.
