My 2014 Chevy Silverado was overdue for 100k mile maintenance (tune up, oil change, transmission flush, rear differential flush, cooling system flush, A/C maintenance, battery, new tires) and some minor repairs to the suspension (control arms were binding, rear axle seal needed service). I scheduled the appointment online and brought the truck in. The Service Writer was very helpful and informative. During the follow up phone calls to discuss additional service and repairs, she provided me with detailed information and pricing. I felt comfortable that I was getting the service I needed with honest up-front pricing. I was very satisfied with the service performed and am happy to say that I will definitely be bringing my truck back for future service. Thank you!

I was in the market for a used truck, I came upon it on an online search. I requested the information and was soon contacted and scheduled a test drive. Roy and his team worked with me and I was able to get a very reasonable offer on my trade-in and they beat the rate my credit union had approved me for. I am super grateful for how it all worked out and I drove away with the truck that I wanted. Everyone that I encountered was super nice. Valencia is 45 minute drive for me, but I would drive double that if I had to. Thanks guys.

I made an appointment for an oil change. I showed up right on time and handed over the keys to my service advisor (Jerry Hicks). He was personable and answered all of my questions. The service was completed as I sat in the waiting area. The waiting area was quiet and comfortable. The amount of time I waited was reasonable. When the service was complete, Jerry let me know. Jerry reviewed the status of my vehicle and answered all of my questions. I paid the bill, which was reasonable for a dealership, and walked out to my vehicle. My vehicle was waiting for me and even better, they had washed it as well! Overall, it was a great experience.

First time coming here as we just moved here. For a first time customer I wasn’t sure where to go or what to do (opposed to going to my normal Chevy dealer) when I pulled into service for my appointment I had sat there for a few minutes because at my other dealership someone came out to you and checked you in. So anyways it was just a little confusing because there was no signs as to what to do. I went inside the staff was very friendly the place was nice and clean. Everything was great. The only reason I am doing 4 stars is because of the pricing. I thought my oil change was kind of pricey I paid $110 for an oil change and if I would of drive 25 minutes to my other Chevy dealer I would of paid $70 at the max for oil plus tire rotation. I am not sure why it was such a huge price difference!! But the dealership was clean staff was nice I was only comparing my experience to my previous dealership. We moved to the Valencia area which is why I came to this dealer instead. But overall everything went smooth like I said staff was great and friendly just the pricing difference through me off and then not knowing we exit the vehicle and come inside that was just a different routine but not a big deal!

Why don't you answer your phone ?
As a current sales person at AN Chevy, simply call the store and ask for the finance dept
If it's used as a trade in yes. But check with the dealer to get a quote for your trade in. It may or may not pay off the remaining balance on your current loan. If you're upside down some lenders will let you roll it into the new loan. If you buy a vehicle with rebates then hey, that'll take care of it as well. Go see Stephanie. She's awesome and will definitely help you with no pressure. Best of luck
You still can but with bad credit and if you still owe a lot in your current vehicle. Then I'm sure your payment is going to be ridiculously high. They're going to add whatever the upside down is on your current car to your new car. So let's say for example your upside down on your current vehicle by $4k their going to add that your new car. Also your bad credit will have an effect on your APR% so you'll be paying a lot more money for the new car. Probably $10k more then what it's really worth. Hope this helped!
