I took my car in yesterday for a basic carwash, and all appeared okay until I got home and reached for my display screen storage button to retrieve my garage door opener and found the button had dissolved and was a gooey sticky mess. My guess is whatever chemical they use to clean the interior/dash had a bad chemical reaction to the rubber access button. I ended up having to scrap the gooey rubber off of the metal button/tab. Very disappointing to say the least. I called to speak with a manager to share what happened so they might avoid this in the future. I was very kind, polite and cordial. The Mgr. Amil, immediately became defensive saying we only use water. Clearly that wasn't the case. I told him I'm okay and it's not a big deal for me at this point, I just thought you might like to know to avoid this happening in the future. His response was "ok thanks". That was it, no I'm sorry this happened, bring it in and let me take a look, no complimentary wash, NOTHING. I also assured him before he could try placing the blame on the heat that the button did NOT melt from the summer heat. The button dissolved and feels like sticky bubble gum. If it was heat related it would have cooled and hardened. Seems more like a chemical reaction. The Manager's response was consistent with what others have shared that had an unpleasant experience, unprofessional and unconcerned. I will be looking for a new car wash.

Went for an oil change and car wash package. Upset to find my phone mount broken sitting in my cup holder after the experience, without even an apology. Very disappointing.

My wife and I have been going to this car wash since it opened and never had any issues. We moved recently and have had to try others but were not impressed so I decided to drive a bit further to a place we “thought” would do a good job. Side note, my wife said the reviews were not as good as they used to be. I took it in and waited about 45 minutes, which I don’t care about the wait at all, go home and look at my hood and it is completely scratched up in a circular motion as if someone was drying with a dirty rag. Immediately I took the car back to show the manager, Amir, who said it was impossible that his car wash did it. I said it seems like it was dried with a dirty rag and he said they do not use dirty rags. I said it could have been dropped accidentally on the floor and used he said it was impossible, even though my wife and I have both have seen this happen numerous times in the past. He said he would fix it but it would be a fee…. I hate doing this but do not use! They take absolutely no responsibly for damages they create and are extremely rude about it. I will try and post pictures later.
