Best Quest location I have visited! The building is clearly marked so you can find it easily and there is plenty of free parking If you have mobility issues this building is easy to enter and exit since it is on the first floor..no stairs or elevator to arrive. The space is clean, plenty of chairs while you wait.. and an assistant helps with the check in at the kiosk. You can see on a large screen where you are in the que and how many people are ahead of you . Mariela drew my blood and she was just the right amount of professional and friendly. She treated me like a person and not just an arm to do a blood draw..this is a busy office so I am sure she sees many people a day. I didn't even feel her draw the blood; there was no pain at all. I highly recommend this location if you need to get blood work done.

This Quest is super efficient and the staff are awesome! I've always made an appointment in advance so I have no idea what the walk-in experience is like however, Quest is not currently taking any walk-in patients.

I've had blood drawn many times, and never have I had such excellent service! Instructions are very clear, and they have signs on the door to inform patients to please wait either in their cars or outside if there is not room inside (since the seats are socially distanced). Once you enter the vicinity, there's an employee there to aid you in the check-in process. While I was there, I saw many individuals who were confused and frustrated with the process, and shared their frustration with the employee. Regardless of the patients' behavior, she was extremely respectful, informative, and validated their emotions. Furthermore, they are very quick and on time. The phlebotomists I encountered clearly loved their jobs, and made getting poked with a needle a lot more fun than it should be. I would most definitely recommend this facility.
