Everyone is so friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure bringing in my 30 plus year old Trek 1000 for maintenance and service. After a visit to the bike doc, my bike rides like brand new. They also have a wide selection of bike accessories- lights, phone holders, seats etc that the staff will gladly help you select. If you need repairs on your bike or are buying a new bike, I highly recommend you visit the Bike Doctor!

I have been shopping at Bicycle Dr. for over 20 years. I have purchased 5 bikes and 2 sets of skis. There are several shops closer to my house, however, it is well worth the extra travel. Kyle and the crew are very friendly, knowledgeable and technically proficient on bikes and skis. They really understand and live biking. They have helped, on short notice, with emergency repairs too. It's a fun place just to visit and look around! I very highly recommend the Doc!

The staff are incredibly helpful and have a genuine interest in fitting customers with gear that suits their needs. Rather than focusing on the sale the staff ensures quality of fit and is not afraid to tell the customer they don’t have equipment to fit them rather than trying to make a quick sale. One of the best Nordic shops I’ve ever worked with and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a fantastic first experience at the Bike Doctor. I went expecting to buy new skis for the Birkie ($1000 quoted over the phone) and they did a equivalent fit of my current garage sale skis and found they were a perfect fit. Instead of selling me skis I didn’t need, they helped inform me of the waxes and techniques I could use to better prepare my current skis for the race. Aside from being outstanding with their customer service, they have the most inventory and selection I’ve seen in a shop since the pandemic. Customer for life.
