We walked in as a group of 12 without calling ahead. They accommodated us very graciously! We ordered as a bunch of different tickets. Again they graciously took care of us. The food was generous and very good. My meat-lover's omelet was full of meat and they had fresh jalapenos they were willing to add! In WI! Totally wonderful experience all the way around.

Great customer service!! Ham steak was so tender. Roast beef was so juicy and fell right off the fork! Grilled cheese was, so well, cheesy. One of the best things was the homemade chips. And the pies were delicious! Cant wait to go again!!

Not sure what I was expecting when I ordered the rib tips, but it does not explain that they are deep fried. Grossly over fried, burnt on all ends, crisp and crunch where you'd expect soft meat. Mashed potatoes were watery and felt like slime in my mouth. Roast beef dinner had off flavor, like it was old meat that had been sitting for some serious time. Very disappointed. Food has been slowly going downhill.

It is up to each individual employee if they want to wear a mask. If you have been in our restaurant to eat you will see that items being handled by customers are sanitized after each use. Also we keep our kitchen sanitized as well, in case you were wondering about that aspect too. Thank you for the question.
