I called at 1240 pm and placed an order for delivery. They said that the pizza would be here within 20 minutes. At 140 pm I called and they said they don't deliver and I was supposed to be there to pick up at 4 pm. I never received an apology for their numerous mistakes and wasn't offered anything to make up for it. Horrible service. Would give 0 if I could.

I have always enjoyed eating at Pizza Hut until this evening. I waited ten minutes to be seated and no one was ahead of me. Then when I was seated I was not given a menu to order from. After I ordered meaty marinara pasta I continued to wait a hour before being served. Another advised me they had been waiting two hours for pizza. This is the true definition of terrible service.

The Prairie du Chein, WI Pizza Hut has horrible service. We waited for 20 minutes to be seat with no one ahead of us and no one acknowledging us. Then another 30 minuets to get our order taken and another 30 minutes for our drinks and pizza. Then the server cashed out the wrong order on my card. Terrible managment. Went there for years. Won't go back
