Two bad experiences at chicken deli… first encounter I came here waited in line with a bunch of other customers and the other customers can share the same experience as me when we came to the front they must’ve had 20 or more orders back there that they were packing for someone or something which were open and getting cold and then when the customers that waited in line were only told that they were out of chicken or would have to wait 30 minutes to get more and treated very rudely. OK must’ve been a bad day. Second time they have a sign that says $23.48 for 24 piece chicken. Which I ordered and was told to pick between four sides which would be a pound each I said no problem chose my sides. Then I was charged $29.99 to my surprise. Which I get if it’s extra for the size and what not but I only ordered the 24 piece and after reading their sign it actually looks clear but you should get the sides with that although I didn’t even order that so they sent up two women from the deli to pretty much embarrass me and say oh you want us to take the sides back you can’t get the sides? Do you think they wanted to come up there and act like they had some power over a customer instead of helping the situation it’s just very unfortunate we are a family of eight and spend a lot of money here as customers each month is may change where we shop and I hope the management looks at how customers are being treated here, You can see clearly here it’s outlined in red and below in red writing says it includes for sides. Anyone give feedback and let me know what you think after reading the sign.

I shop here all of the time because the prices are lower than Safeway and Walmart. The brands they carry are good. There are no bad smells when going through the meat or produce sections. It's pretty fresh.

Store is clean and prices are great . It has a great product mix including bulk items. Meat department is always orderly and clean. The fried chicken has good flavor. Some very friendly and helpful associates. And you will find the store management team out working side by side with their associates.

I shop WinCo once a week last week could not get any service was told the delivery was close to closing. Today 4/18/22 4:30pm about 5 employees were working the deli. One employee said she would be right with us. We waited about 10 minutes the whole time another employee working seafood section was taking products from boxes and loading and helping others that we were there before seemed to be ignoring us. After our wait another employee seen us said be right with you then started working with the fried chicken a couple customers came up to the counter and she proceeded to help them. After another 5 minutes I just left. Should fire the whole group.
