Love to take my doggie here! 2 fenced areas for dogs to play (small dog and large dog), it's maintained nicely by the city, and there is a small wooded area to walk through with your fur friends that's fun for both you and the dog. Everyone I've met there so far is nice and respectful.

Went first time last week (August) heavy rain made a lot of standing water, but they’ve got good ditches. Dogs can tear around in the water logged ditches. Separate area for small dogs. Huge woods to explore. Take bug spray if it’s been rainy. Pavilion for shade. Water supply for hosing of muddy dogs and to fill water bowls. It’s a little out of the way but worth it.

It has been in spots since we've gone there. GV seems to be the least muddy of all of them.
I like to hand them extra plastic bags, smile, and thank them for picking up after their dogs. Make sure you say it loud, so the other dog owners can see the moment. Peer pressure/embarrassment seems to be the only way to get it done.
It's free but they do accept donations to help with maintenance.
