Everything was great. From the friendly staff, the cocktails and the dinner. There were five of us, we had a variety of German food, pasta, and an excellent tenderloin. I would highly recommend. And the view over Lake Michigan!

We had a reservation for 7 PM on a Friday evening and arrived at 645. We're informed the hostess of our arrival, went to the bar, ordered drinks, were given a menu and number for ordering. It got to be 715 and we asked how far behind they were with orders. They said "oh no one has taken your order? Someone will be right over". 735 still no one, we questioned if we needed to do something else or if we had done something wrong by sitting at the bar? Suddenly a waitress apologized and took our order and we were immediately seated. The food was excellent, apologies continued, and we were given a free dessert for our inconvenience. They said they were just very busy.

We had dinner here Saturday night, made reservations based on reviews and sure glad we did. There were small parties that came in and were turned away! Great old fashions and food was fabulous. Been camping here for years and never knew about this place🥃

Definitely make a reservation for dinner here. They are super busy and I can see why. They make delicious drinks at the bar and have friendly staff. Ordered the king prime rib special on Saturday. It was very delicious, but just slightly over cooked. Along with it I got hashbrowns, they were also slightly burnt and then a cup of clam chowder soup. The soup was very good and reminded me of the clam chowder I've had out on the East coast. Would definitely come here again.
