Quality of food is excellent. Never had anything there I didn't like. Crab cakes are all crab with little breading on the inside. Fresh and reasonably priced. Fried fish was perfectly fried. Not greasy. The calamari steak is excellent. Way better than Neptune's

We had a wonderful day at Topanga Beach and went right across the street to the Reel Inn and had some great Seafood.I had the fried Fish Trio,Fish ,Calamari &Shrimp and I choose fries and Salad as my side, next time I will choose mashed potatoes and coleslaw they looked really good. You order at the window then they call your name its not a fancy place but it is so cool and chill they serve beer and wine too

Best fish and ships in town. And believe me, I tried out a lot. Also try the fish tacos, very delicious. Portions are large and the flavors are really good. Fresh and nice. We arrived when they opened for the day on a Sunday, and the line built up within 15 minutes. And I can see why.

Nice spot right across the street from the beach. They have in door dining and a covered patio. We went to the Getty Villa and then stoped by here after it was only like a 10 minute drive. We did have to wait for someone to leave to get parking but it was worth the wait. The only thing we didn't care for was the rice. Not sure if we got a bad batch because it was still kind hard. Everything else tasted great and we would go back.

The Reel in has outdoor dining. The tables are placed appropriately apart.

They have live lobsters for sale, yes. For any or almost all restaurants, lobster price is depending on season. Size - really depending on the thickness of your wallet. I never worried about size and price when I go after lobsters. If you want a bigger and bigger lobsters, try Mastro's Steakhouse a block south on PCH. It is on the beach side with a better view. If lobsters, and not the location, are important, definitely try the The Boiling Crab in Woodland Hills.
