The staff were friendly, but they really do not know how to make a burrito. I ordered two cheesy rice and bean burritos, and this was consistent with both, one side of the burrito was cheese, the middle was beans, and the end was a mix of rice and beans. To rub it in, the rice was crunchy like it wasn't even cooked. Very disappointed

Night staff at drive thru should be retrained. Extremely rude and inappropriate. I asked for 6 mild sauces with my 3 Hard shell taco Supremes. He forgot them and what seemed to be the manager came over and shoved a handful of them in a bag and threw them into the car. I have been in food service for over 20 years and I warn you, take action before these unproductive people ruin you customer base. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant however I won't be going back if it is not daytime

We spent 18 dollars on food for 2 of us. I got 2 Fiesta potatos and a doritos locos taco. He got 3 sides of potatos (which were hard and half full.. like mine) and a steak burrito. None of our food was very good but the customer service was great, they had nice employees. We will give it another try sometimes since sometimes it's just bad luck.

After getting off work me and my boyfriend decided to get some Taco Bell. I started my order over the phone where the guy expressed it was hard to hear me at the beginning Of the phone call, but after, it seemed he got everything I said. Due to the hard hearing, I made sure to repeat my order back to him. Everything seemed correct. Driving up to pick up our food, the employees seemed distracted and unorganized. After paying we realized they had forgotten one of our drinks so we went through again to get it. No problem, but as we parked to eat, we noticed our orders were 100% wrong. I called to let them know and see what they would do about it but they proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for a new order but they could replace the 2 chalupas that they messed up in my boyfriends 2 chalupa supreme combo. (Which were supposed to be plain, but weren’t.) My boyfriend got too frustrated and we simply went home. I originally ordered a kinda overly customized Nacho fry box (which comes with seasoned fry’s, nacho cheese dip, layer burrito and 1 crunchy taco), but had received a simple Nacho party box (A box of nachos). I also ordered a 12pc. Of cinnamon delights and had not received them. I understand miscommunication happens, but I would think we would get our food or our money back. This is not the first time that we have gone to this particular Taco Bell business where they have messed our orders, resulting in us turning a blind eye to it due to our empathy for essential workers. Taco Bell is a childhood favorite and I’d hate to start becoming afraid to go through the drive thru when I don’t have the time luxury of dinning in all the time.

They are very rude and disrespectful to their customers and yes they are very lazy most of the time it is nasty inside and the restroom are not clean
