Best cheese available, period. Whenever I visit Wisconsin I come home with a whole piece of luggage filled with cheese. The Glacier Wildfire Blue Cheese is my obsession. And the variety of bread cheeses is huge.

Wow! What an amazing experience!! When my family came here, we were all blown away not only by the intricate process of cheese making, but the hospitality shown by the workers! Here you are able to test multiple types of cheeses and watch the cheese making process all for free! It's a fun experience especially for out of town guests! The cheese here is also to die for. I'm not usually a big fan of cheese, but I gladly bought a ton because it was just that good! I would recommend trying and buying the cheese curds ( as they are delicious and a Wisconsin classic) and the chocolate cheese for sure!

Fresh cheddar cheese curds are available every day ... And boy... Are they fresh.
Little to none.
Due to safety regulations, we are not able to allow customers on the production floor, but we do have an observation window at both our Mauston Factory and La Valle locations. If you arrive early, you can view cheese being made. We also have knowledgeable staff who can explain the steps of the cheesemaking process.
