The lady at the counter stated that she didn't want to be there because the system was changed recently. I was told I needed an appointment and turned away even though I made an order that said I didnt need an appointment

I usually don’t write reviews. However, after my experience with the receptionist/phlebotomist Michael, I felt compelled to write this one. I walked in on a Saturday with no appointment and I had to have my TB test done. It was fairly busy. He was so accommodating and professional with me and got me in and out within 15 minutes. Super quick and painless blood draw. I would definitely come back here again for my testing needs!

Only recording, one is not able to speak to an individual. “YOU” have to make sure you check their performance since one of the stupid workers with a poor attitude wrote wrong name and birthdate therefore I will assume incorrect test results. I will drive there to hopefully speak to a manager or someone who cares.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Gave it a low rating due to bad customer service. Arrived at 8:30 and saw people standing in the hallway. Place was very crowded. I had a Saturday appointment but was informed that there will be a 5 minutes wait. Am ok with the wait and glad I made an appointment. There wasn't a place to stand much less sit so I signed in and went outside in the hallway where it's a bit cooler. Spent the time on my phone and lost track of time, came back in to check after about 10 min or so and was told that: "we called you but no one said anything to we took you of the list. You'll need to sign back in as a walk-in..." Really?? I did that and found that the wait is 54 minutes. Walked out of there disgusted. Will never return here again.
