We stopped through the drive-thru and ordered three, 3 piece fish baskets. We asked for extra tartar with the order. As we drove off no tartar sauce and no coleslaw for our three, 3 peace fish meals This isn't the first time this has happened. What horrible customer service. You pay for the food and you don't get everything with it. This happened at lunch time Sunday June 17th. I tried calling twice and nobody answered and it says a voicemail has not been set up. Either a&w at Stanley has a problem with hiring competent people or they're not being trained properly or they just dont care.

I think "it's okay" sums up this fast food restaurant. I'd argue that the menu selection is far superior to any McDonald's, but the quality will usually be no better. Ample seating inside, but I had to ask myself if anyone used the kids table at the restaurant as it was between the exit to the gas station and the kitchen entrance.

Nice place. Food was good and fresh. Friendly but seemed under staffed and rushed even though it wasn't extremely busy. Tables were clean and well kept.

The food was fine, but we had to wait a while for it, while employees could be heard grumbling about their jobs. This place gets the job done in a pinch, but I wouldn't go here often.
