I wish I could put a zero. Not based on customer service but the way that the management was treating the staff. Yelling and screaming while everyone in the dinning area can hear. I was just unimpressed with what I was hearing from the manager, it was so demanding and disrespectful. She was even disrespectful to guests and did not even acknowledge anyone.

Always get my order wrong. If I ask for something like a cheeseburger ketchup pickles only I get a cheeseburger with onions and no pickles and the slip that’s stickered on will say ketchup only. It’s ridiculous

They get my order wrong every weekend, I go there every Saturday morning they are nice enough and the food generally is quick but none of that really matters if the order is ALWAYS wrong. I called and spoke to someone about 10 weeks ago and explained how my order was wrong they apologized and took my info and said I would receive coupons which I never received, there has been 2 other occasions since this one so I called again 2 weeks ago and again they apologized and said they would look into it and have the GM call me so we will see.

Terrible experience, sadly. Ordered for myself, my wife, and my daughter. My wife's order came out just fine. Mine and my daughter's, not so much. My drink was handed to me 2/3 full and a sloppy, dripping mess. Checked the order after pulling away from the window to find no fries with my meal. I pull back around to the window to mention this, where I'm greeted as an inconvenience. My daughter's happy meal only came with her nuggets and fries. I understand mistakes happen, but no apology for the mix up from either the gal at the window or the manager and being treated as if I should've just dealt with it was no less than disappointing.
