Not nearly as nice as I remembered. Maybe I just had an outdated room? The towels were thin as a cheap light blanket. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. 3rd floor ice machine was anemic; coughing up 3-4 cubes every 5-10 seconds so...1st floor for ice. Hot tub was a decent temp, as was the sauna. I enjoyed those. I stayed on a Monday for just over $100. I would have been pretty bent if I'd paid the rates I'm seeing for weekends and had the same experience.

Stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Front desk staff was always nice and friendly, the lobby was neat and clean and I was pleased with the daily cleanliness of my room. Loved the pool area and the mozzarella sticks & fries from the restaurant was decent & fresh. While the hotel itself is nice, there’s some things you should know about the town (Sparta). 1. Uber/Lyft does NOT pick up out there. I spent 3hrs trying to get an Uber/Lyft and was unsuccessful. 2. There’s only one cab/taxi service that runs in the town (Sparta Cab) and they only take cash. 3. Food options are limited, but there’s a ton of mom and pop shops. I’m a fan of local businesses. 4. If you’re military, there’s a VFW close by on the lake!! Visit if you can.

A very good value for the price. Convenient location. Welcoming and professional front desk attendant. Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Typical but very adequate breakfast. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

We stayed here for a week almost a year ago and still till this day my sons talk about coming back here. We have stayed at different hotels for my husband's job and none have compared to the hospitality of this place. We stayed when some COVID-19 policies were in place so cleaning wasn't done everyday but all we had to do was call and they made sure they came by that day.
