Reasonably priced during peak summer season and they are pet friendly. Staff is courteous. Back entry door did not close properly presenting some security concern. Too much high grass around the building most likely due to staff shortage. Carpeting in room had numerous stains.

Worst experience at a hotel that I can remember. Room was dingy and dirty (carpet stains, musty smell, old mattress, lightbulbs in bathroom were out, hair on pillows). Manager was very defensive and antagonistic, was making excuses for everything and refused to apologize. When I asked for a refund he refused to refund me the money for that night. He said, in front of other staff and lobby guests that he could not verify what I "had been doing" in the room at that time. In fact, I had spent that time discovering one thing after another wrong. I had to also make a phone call to find an alternate place to stay. By the time I tried to check out it could not have been more than an hour but the GM said he had to charge me for utilizing the room the whole night! He wanted to charge the full price, he would not even issue a partial refund AND threatened to call the police if I did not leave. I said that was fine because I would have no problem explaining to the police that the hotel was taking my money for a service they did not provide. Wrong move because the manager later used that statement to tell Radisson that I had called the cops or something?? Only wants to cover his actions. It was like dealing with a narcissist or a child. Will not be staying at any of the Country Inn & Suites again and I'm really disappointed in Radisson that this is the kind of customer treatment they enable. Also, please read the other Google and Better Business Bureau (BBB) reviews of this place. Just awful. I fully expect the manager to respond to this review with more excuses and lies. Unacceptable behavior for a person in the hospitality industry, but that's what happens when all the hotels are franchised out. Buyer beware!

Manager currently at the front desk is absolutely amazing! So kind and so accommodating!! Our room is tidy and has been cleaned well! The hot breakfast is outstanding, way better than we expected. The staff doing breakfast was very hospitable. ! Hot tub is very relaxing!!!

Well, for starters we were not informed on the website or at check in that the pool was closed all week, which was our #1 reason to come.... Then the hot tub in our room, the jets hardly worked, you had to push them in and spin them around JUST RIGHT to make them stay on, or the minute you let go, they would turn off... And to top it all off the fridge was not clean...I didn't even open the microwave.. I can. Just imagine that wasn't either considered they are both in the same cubbies.... Asked for a discount and wouldn't get a straight answer... Needless to say, we cancelled our second night and are going elsewhere
