Ding-A-Ling Supper Club

Went on a Saturday night and it was very busy. There was one bartender. Took 20 min to order an old fashion. They had our table ready so we were seated at our reservation time. However, we were still waiting on a couple people. The server didn't ask if we wanted appetizers or drinks while we waited. So we sat there for 20 more minutes without anything. After we put our orders in the food took a while to come out. Most of us ordered steaks and fried potatoes. The filet was the worst I've ever had. Ordered it medium and it came out well done. One person in our group ordered shrimp and she said hers was really good. They asked if we wanted dessert, would've liked an ice cream drink, then didn't come back for an order for 20 min. By that time we all had decided we were ready to go home. While walking out the entire wait staff was sitting down eating their dinners in the main dining room. It was 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. On the upside, pricing was fair.

Have never left a review before but this was absolutely one of the worse meals I have ever had. Very disappointed. On a positive note our server was excellent and I did enjoy the atmosphere !

We were just there tonight, my wife, I and 2 sisters. My wife and I had the bone in ribeye and it was the best steak we've had in a long time. Done right and tasted good. We go to the Ding a Ling quite often. Waitresses and hostess always pleasant.

We've been here several times for Prime rib and the fish fry. Always happy with our visits, the staff is very friendly and even when busy they acknowledge you and get to you as quickly as they can. Food has always been great and the prices are good. We will continue to go here for dinner and would recommend it to those looking for a small-town supper club experience.
