Thrive Cafe has many healthy and nutritious options to choose from. They juice their fruits and vegetables fresh and everything is made to order. You can also customize your drinks and food to your liking or dietary requirements. The brownies are delicious and homemade. The staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Thrive Cafe!

Such a great surprise to find a vegan restaurant in Rockford. The quinoa with salad, Avacado, sweet potato and served with their homemade sauce is a delight. The staff is very nice.

Okay such a cute little spot with bomb smoothies. And they’re like, the healthy kind, not the sugary gimmicky kind from coffee stands (fruit concentrate with cream and ice 🤢). The staff was so sweet and nice. Oh, and the chocolate vegan balls and the oat PB balls were super yummy too.

Awesome, super healthy selection of smoothies, wraps, bowls, and even Bulletproof Coffee! Loved the quinoa and rice bowl with greens, avocado, sweet potato, egg, tomato, and for an extra protein, I opted for the grilled chicken. We had a dragonfruit smoothie too that was wonderful. Thanks!
