Went in today looking to buy eye glasses 💯 1:00pm because mine are broken . And the girls working there so lazy and rude. So I brought my sister to help me choose and after looking at a pair inside the glass shelf I told employees I need second opinion . So got my sis and ask to see them again . Employee was so rude to say he did not like them ! He said they was small . I'm like okay but obviously I need a second opinion no need for your remarks. And they don't even clean the glasses after I tried them on she put back on display without cleaning them !

Some of the ladies working there are arrogant, rude and phony. I hate the whole “excussseee me” tone that they used with me. I had no idea that there were some special procedure set for customers to grab and view glasses. You’re required to toss glasses into this “contaminated” box once you’re done grabbing them. There was no sign, prior communication or any assistance for customers who simply want to browse. I wasn’t trying on the glasses so no one was at risk. There are better and more professional ways to address customers.
