Came to Door Creek Orchard for the first time today! Very nice experience and great selection of apples and grapes ( they are delicious!). Great place to get apples, grapes, cider and visit sheeps:)

People were super friendly. Since we came mid week, it wasn't very busy and they let us go in back to see the cider press and cooler. Took a nice walk through the trees and fields before going across the road to see the sheep. Overall, great outing and made the best applesauce I have ever had.

This place is amazing! Amazing apples, caramel, and cider that we enjoy (probably too much) in the fall and miss when the season is over. My husband and I now go every year. Thank you Door Creek Orchard!

My girlfriend and I went there for the first time today, and we were just blown away by the experience. First off, the orchard is situated in an idyllic setting, just outside of Madison (15 minute drive for us from the west side of Madison). The fresh country air was a refreshing change from the bustle of the city, and made for some beautiful pictures and memories. Secondly, the staff was super friendly and welcoming, and made us feel like neighbors instead of visitors. And thirdly; they not only take the current COVID situation seriously, but have adapted and improved upon it as well. They have social distancing protocols in place, shields in place when dealing with customers/products, sanitation stations at regular intervals, and require face masks almost everywhere in the orchard. And yet, even with all of the safety protocols in place, they still made it a very enjoyable and fun experience for my girlfriend and I. We picked a 5 lb bag of apples ourselves, doing a mix of large Cortlands and the cutest small Jonafrees I've ever seen. Definitely a very fun experience, and we look forward to future visits.
