This should be a minus 4 star rating. I could drive to the Pizza Hit in University in 5 minutes so didn’t think a reasonable delivery would be a problem. I placed my order 1 hour and 10 minutes ago and it still has not arrived. I called to cancel and have been on hold for 15 minutes

My family and I ordered two pizza and wings with breadsticks. Tonight the delivery driver never rang our doorbell, the website and text both say our for delivery still. After an hour of waiting when we finally happened to check to see if our food was delivered we found ants crawling on our food, broken apart pizza and dented boxes. The first time I called they person hung up immediately. Upon calling the store a second time and having someone actually answer, whoever answered only wanted to give us a $40 store credit for an ordered that was more than $40. This was a waste of money as we threw the food out and had to ordered something else.

This is a great branch of Pizza Hut. The food and customer service is nearly always on point. I've had a couple of missteps over the years which is the reason for a 4 instead of a 5, but I would say you are likely to have a great experience ordering food from here.
