It was a nice quiet and comfortable place. The water was clean and refreshing. I wished I would have brought my own umbrella and chair to sit by the beach. There are 4 permanent umbrellas, but they were all taken.

Water is so clean and cool, and the amenities are very nice. The slide and diving board both pump the fun up a notch. My niece and nephew both love the splash pad.

One of my favorite parks in the Madison area, there's a huge playground, a splash pad with a giant bucket for big kids and a toddler friendly small water area. Lots of space for picnics or barbecue. Basketball court, large field, and adjacent walking trail. I'm not the biggest fan of the lake as the water doesn't always look the cleanest but I sure do like the coffee shop right across the street!

No inflatable chairs or anything else in the water, even for adults. There was garbage all over the shaded cement area. Gross.

Nope, it and the playground are free! There is a fee to use part of the beach that is fenced off.
Right next to the park. Paoli st & Bruce st.
I believe 2$ for kids 3 for adults if your from Verona 1$ more for non Verona
Probably can as long as you are responsible
It's $5 for one person
Decent panfishing from 2 piers. Can pull a 12-14 inch bass frequently. Fun starter lake, with some larger stuff lurking in the deep water where you need a kayak pr rowboat to get to.
US coast guard approved PFDs are allowed in the swim area. The city has an ordinance against floats in the swim area
I think both are allowed. I've never seen electric motors banned in any water, and I've fished they're out of my kayak plenty
