Edit: The owners responded quickly to an email this time, and are sending a refund. Thank you so much! I went through the middle bay, touchless automatic wash. The triple foam sprayer was clogged and just drizzled on the first half of my car but then dumped an enormous amount of soap on the second half, so much that the rinse didn't even get it all off. Please see attached pictures. The picture of the sunroof was taken after the rinse was completed and dryer had started (the wash was finished). The picture outside was taken after I had gone through the dryer. Luckily the dryer was able to blow most of the soap off, however, this is less than ideal for a $10 wash. The rinse seemed weak, too. Come to find out, the last time my husband drove thru, the triple foam didn't work at all. He tried contacting the business (since he drove thru twice, thinking he chose the wrong wash 🤦) but no response. Can someone please look into fixing this matter?

Pretty darn nice every time i have been in. Especially like the foaming cleansers in the self wash bay. A lot of places short you on soap, this one seems to do quite well. I would go five-star if the price on the automatic wash was closer to other places.

I am something of a car wash connoisseur and I have been to car washes all over the Greater Madison area. Only 2 locations with automated car washes provide quality on par with full service car washes minus the hand drying and vacuuming. The comparison is made using the top-shelf car wash package "The World" for $14. This combination soft-touch and touchless car wash left my 2013 Subaru WRX STi shining like a newly minted penny. So good in fact that I drive down to McFarland from South Central Madison stopping at a Shell on Broadway and 51 to refuel before heading home. Tips: Apply wheel cleaner before entering the wash. Pedal play through the drying process by edging the vehicle forward spending no more than 10 seconds everytime you do so.
