The evening staff rips you off. The first time I thought it was just a fluke - I ordered food with a deal code and thought the total was a bit high so checked the receipt and noticed my code discount wasn't used... No biggie. Tonight I ordered food with a code for a free frappe with a $3 purchase. Between ordering and paying, they moved my separate frappe onto a value meal (which added a 2.99 upcharge) and then charged me (1.00) for the drink I ordered with the value meal. Yes, I noticed the $4 difference. If you go here before they change management, check check CHECK your receipt!

This location has always been hit or miss, depending on how its staffed, but today was a new low. I sat at the drive thru speaker for almost five minutes with no one speaking to take my order. When I got to the second window, I was asked to park in stall number 2 to wait for my food. I saw a car at the third window, a truck in stall number one and a staff person with a bag of food wandering from car to car, apparently trying to find the order's owner. Not a good sign. After waiting ten minutes in stall number two, and no movement from other waiting cars, I decided to go inside with my receipt to retrieve my order. Once inside, the staff person behind the counter took my receipt, checked the order board and yelled to a staff person headed towards the back of the restaurant with two bags of food. It was the wanderer, going from table to table, trying to find the owner of MY ORDER. The wanderer handed me my food with a blank stare, and I proceeded to check the contents. I was missing a spicy chicken sandwich, and I told the cashier as much. The cashier went to the order board, said something in the direction of the kitchen and returned saying "she said it's in the bag". I reopened my bag of food and checked again, just to make double sure it was still missing, and it was. I told the cashier that the sandwich was not in the bag and I'd be happy to show him and the kitchen person the bag contents as evidence. He said nah, and went to get me a spicy chicken sandwich. I only had to wait another 4 or 5 minutes until I had my full order in hand. I want to stress that this store is not always a one star location, but today, it was.

Terrible service(really not service)! Attempted to order through the drive through for my family. The woman taking my order kept pausing then coming back as I am trying to order for each member of my family and my wife realized that the sign does not show the first item in our order...Turns out my wife hears the same lady taking the order from the other drive up then comes back to us. She kept switching between items I was ordering to the other drive up then starting a new order each time coming back to me. Because she would not listen long enough for my complete order I finally just left the restaurant when she "disappeared" again. I had given my in app code (which gives you points etc...but also can be used for payment). Turns out I am not sure I should ever use the code again. I was charged for whatever food she managed to get into an order but I never received the food. Shocking that even though I never made it to the pickup window I was charged anyway which make me question whether I should ever us the app again.

As good of food as you can expect from McDonald's. Very friendly staff, but incredibly slow service. My entire family was finished eating by the time I got my meal.
