I realize they are short staffed and things are not going to be perfect but the big Mac was so bad I took one bite and had to spit it out. Even my 14 year old son couldn't eat it.

The woman.of color who takes your order and money at the drive-thru is so kind, helpful, happy. My dad and and I love seeing her when we stop by for lunch. She is very efficient and fast. The older woman who delivers the food is quick and helpful too. This McDonald's is very well-run. They are very busy at lunch time during the week but your order comes thru quickly in the drive-thru.

I give this place a zero. I'm in town and will not go there. Don't use a deal, in the app, they will ask to pay the difference every time. Not to mention the food is a nightmare compared to other McDonald.

Nothing like spending $20 and having to throw it all in the garbage. The nuggets tasted a day old and re-fried, burgers and chicken sandwich looked like they were constructed by my 3 year old and tasted worse than they looked, i couldn't eat any of it and sure as hell didn't want my kids eating it. If any of these food prep/cooking practices pass any sort of test it would be a miracle. Who ever is in charge should be ashamed.
