Most relaxing, serene place to go for a relaxing week/weekend camping in the Monongahela National Forest. Absolutely love this nook in the woods!

Amazing off the beaten trail stop. We go every year. Tons to do. Definitely need to go to the look out towers after sunset to see the stars.

Clean, secluded, rustic and little-used campsite. It's a bit of a drive off the main road, but makes a really good base camp for exploring the Cheat Mountain area or Otter Creek Wilderness. Definitely check out the Bickle Knob tower a few miles to the east if you go.

Very secluded and peaceful. It was extremely clean and the scenery is absolutely phenomenal. There are rock faces all throughout the campground and decent hiking trails. Once the sun goes down expect to hear some creepy sounds and creatures sneaking around. If Bigfoot exists it’s definitely here!

I have personally seen three bears in that general area. One of which was a small cub.
