FedEx Freight

This is the second time I have dealt with FedEx freight. Both times, I have had the worst customer service and delivery service imaginable. This company is absolute garbage. I contacted them to have them leave the package on my back porch. They said to leave a note so I did and signed it exactly how they told me to. They took my phone number in case they had any issues. Once again I come home and there is no package or phone call. I pay 180$ to ship something and they refuse to ship it. This is boarderline criminal activity. They refuse to let me pick up my package as well from their facility. They refuse to give me my property and this is the second time now. I begged the company I bought from to not use FedEx freight but they already started the shipment.

The employees at the Stockton Depot are great people no dig on them. FedEx is just a horrible company I can't ever get anything on time without it being damaged or just disappeared from the face of the earth.

Sherry the lady spoke with is not helpful at all she had me waiting for 2 days for a package that she knew they didn’t have a driver to deliver no courtesy call saying it was not coming then when I call to ask where was my delivery Sherry put in the notes she call and I did not answer so the driver tuned around which was a lie and this was on the third day so I had to call the place I ordered it from so they can call the fedex to say i can get my package then I called back sherry would not answer the phone from my number I had to call from a different number to get her to pick up sherry needs to be on hold with unemployment for the way she treats customers
