Counter guys are helpful, but when you call in an order, every other order has an error or isn't ready. It's cost me hundreds in time lost, rescheduling customers for the day, etc. Etc. Etc. Pro Pickup is a joke, since they closed Cal Steam I've only had 3 or 4 orders that have been ready when I came to pick them up, the rest I've had to wait for them to be pulled, and I usually call them in 48 hrs. ahead! Then, there's the errors.... Double check your order for both item and count. Find one salesman you can count on and hope he's available when you call..... Ok, so... About a year after posting this review, the level of service and reliability has greatly increased... I don't see a way to change the star rating, but if I did it would be a solid 4 stars... Great job guys!!!

You may initiate a return for a defective item within 180 days of receipt for a full refund.
For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 180 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 181 days from receipt of the order.
