Ordered and payed on line yesterday for pickup at 5:30 today. Called at 4pm today to make sure they got my order and it would be ready on time. It is now 6pm and still waiting at the store.

Probably got the best cheap pizza I've ever had today. It was hot fresh and delicious. Friendly and fast service. We called our pizza in and picked it up 15 minutes later.

Rude service. They never have anything hot and ready, never. I stopped going here for about a year because the service was always bad and there was always a wait. I tried again today and was told nothing ready and 20 minute wait. I told them that always happens and the man said "So." Seriously??? I said I probably won't come back and then he says "Fine, we don't need you. We'll be fine without you." Okay, keep that up and see how long you stay in business.

Pointless to call or order ahead if we still have to wait in line behind people that just ordered to get their food. Should have a worker waiting at the door handing out online & call aheads. Sauce has been too spicy and put on too thick last few times and not much pepperoni or cheese on pizzas
