Been going here for decades. They make you wait over half an hour minimum every visit. Average is about 1 hour wait. Optical has a solid 50%-100% markup on most frames. They always try to upsell lenses and coatings. Have had several faulty frames, chipped/marred lenses, distorted plastic temple tips, and screws stripped from new frames handed to me from optical over the years. They do make it right, but it takes extra time and shouldn't happen to begin with. Optical center needs separate appointments, and it is common for one of the two to not be scheduled properly together. Frustrating. They close at 5. Not the best vision place, but they are acceptable. Most staff are nice. I always check to make sure my VSP is usable before going in, and check that they have my correct insurance on file once I am in. They dilate eyes rather than use new technologies, and they don't stock the reversing chemical. I get to be nearly blind from this for 4 hours a year, extra fun driving home.

I've been going to the Eye Medical Clinic for the past 5 years or so. I've always been treated professionally and have found the staff to be pleasant and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the clinic to anyone who is looking for eye care.

Dr Haddi The office was very easy to find great parking. The staff was very professional and everyone was on-time. Got my eyes reviewed in the most thorough format that I have ever experienced. On different machines I had never seen. Dr Haddi, was very warm friendly. as we went through my eye exam he was very reassuring And explained everything that was highlighted I will be back.. I love seeing Dr. Sullivan. He is a terrific doctor. You can tell he cares about his patients and loves what he does. I always have a good time chatting with him when I visit. (I try to keep it short so he can stay on schedule.)
