On a road trip and the kids saw "M for Happymeal" so we stopped. Wow! I've never had customer service like this at a Micky D's anywhere! Fantastic! All three persons who interacted with me had exceptionally great attitudes and pleasantries. At the pick up window, I was missing a sandwich- but realized I wasn't charged for it and was ready to move along. But they rang me up at that window and within seconds I had my sandwich and pleasant smiles. Idk what they're doing differently at this location, but it's working!!

Went in and they didn't have anyone working front register and waited close to 10 min for someone working drive thru to take our order to only get half order right they really need some management in my opinion.

Drive thru takes forever and they always have you move up so that the store looks good to corporate. Hard to understand what takes so long if the dinning room is closed and all that they have to focus on is the drive thru. They won't even let you in the use the restroom

We have not used a self service kiosk before at a McDonald's as we usually only use the drive through to get pancakes for the kids on the weekends. This location was very clean inside and out, looked modern and the staff were very friendly. We used the kiosk to place the order and pay them took a number plaquared to some indoor seating. Our kids choose the LED interactive table which was pretty cool and entertaining till our order was brought out to us. Staff members were very polite and friendly. No issues with the food to include hashbrowns, pancakes, breakfast muffin and biscuit. We always stop in this town when driving through WV as the scenery is excellent and today the low morning clouds and mild temperature made this stop more relaxing than normal.
