My complaint is the quality of the plants. It seems very "luck of the draw". Occasionally they're of decent quality. But very often what you get are very spindly diseased-looking barely-rooted and very tiny cuttings that then get uprooted and tossed around in the box during shipping. I've received plants from them that only had two itty-bitty roots!!! It's such a terrible practice to send such unestablished plants. Why not just stick to selling unrooted cuttings if that's the case??? In one of my orders I received a completely undesirable substitute for one of the plants. The substitute they sent me was a plant that I could have purchased for a dollar or two at any big box store. Why not send something a bit unsusual to make up for not having what I actually paid for? It made me feel so taken advantage of. I emailed them but they don't care one bit about their customers. They also say on their website to email them to inquire about the availability of certain plants. But they never responded when I have. I don't plan to order from them again and I will make certain to discourage people in my gardening groups from ordering from them. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I placed my order of seven begonias on December 3 and got the plants on the 8th. They even gave me two free begonias. All the plants have well established roots except for one that is a cutting. But it was free so I will just put it in water and let it root. Also we had below freezing temperatures the last few nights and they packed a heating pack with the plants. Only one shows signs of damage from the cold but it will recover. They also packed the plants very nicely and shipped them with UPS. For the price I paid for the plants I am very happy and will buy from the again in the future.

I had ordered four plants and they came in good shape in 2 inch pots with well grown roots. The estimated delivery time was 4-12 weeks. But I received mine in exact 4 weeks.

I ordered from them for the first time ever. Took 1-2 weeks to process. They were clear on the ordering email, that they are a small business who does propagations. If you need a plant this hour, go to the local store. My items arrived perfect. Great packaging too.

We do not. Right now the only anthurium we have in stock is lanceolatum.
I don't believe ken has added any but you never know it changes everyday like the petals on a beautiful flower opening in the spring
