Great Customer Service! The manager on shift was conducting service vocally with positive reinforcement of his team members! We had a very large family order during dinner rush,it was accurate, and was ready when I arrived! Excellent display of team work!

I ordered a popcorn shrimp combo with unsweetened tea? When I got home there were chicken nuggets in the bag and the tea was sweetened. However they did provide me a cocktail sauce and tartar sauce. I called to complain. There's no one to answer the phone. Poor service!!!

I am so frustrated to come home and find out they are missing 1 of my order. The cashier who took my order apologized but the the manager trying to give me an attitude and never even apologize and ask me what is my sides for that meal i told her i dont think i have sides because its not a meal. Instead of dealing this issue with calmness she just shook her head and give me a very rude body languange by swaying her hands! This type of people shouldnt be working in there if they cannot work under pressure. Really bad customer service and i got to eat a very cold fast food! Will never go here again. You just loose a customer.

I had a few people suggest I give Popeyes a try. I have found the food to be great and I love the red beans and rice way more than yet another soggy fry experience. My issue has been with the service. My past visits I was greeted like I was trespassing rather than a customer..one time I received a crispy chicken sandwich that looked like it was dipped in the sauce jar. I was going to try to clean it up but I didn't get napkins in my order and was too far away to bother. This and similar incidents have forced me to take a pause on visiting Popeyes for a while but I am sure they will straighten it out in time and I'll try them again later.

Probably because there are so many Bojangles around. No comparison though. Popeye's is the best.

Neither of those responses are accurate at all. The 4 times ove been there, they haven't been busy at all. The store is under staffed, along with the ordering process in the dinning room is extremely slow. The manger has been the one who took my order 3 times, and she would NOT take the next order untill she has the 1st order served. The last time I went I waited around 15 minutes, and not one of the staff every acknowledged me or the couple behind me waiting also. They Only worked on the drive thru orders and the order placed before me. I wont be back to this store. Now I'm not saying the food is bad, it's okay but not worth me waiting that long for it.
No the Popeye chicken is totally taste different in here in Spartanburg SC and Gaffney SC. Popeye chicken in Orlando FL and Georgia is better. Young working in Popeye chicken restaurant upstate rush the cooking and don't be done.
