Whats with hour long wait for the rapid 523 , and with their dumb attitude as well , the driver just dismissed me and told me to just contact customer service , but seriously 1 hour wait for this line .

One of this guys hurt one of my toes at inside the train. No one approached me to help out. He did actually drop his siluitcase on top of my toes and broke my nail.

Nice place to hangout. Many hotels, restuarants, pubs, parks, library for time pass. VTA train and buses facilities are also there for this place

I've had a great experience with VTA over the last few months of using the service during COVID. The drivers have been kind and on time. Last week I dropped my wallet on the bus and didn't realize until I was home. I got a call from the VTA early the next day that they had found my wallet and had it in the Lost and Found. The officer at the L&F was very helpful and had great customer service skills. I am thankful for their hard work!
