Todd and Kyle came out today and the whole experience was fantastic. The dispatch was super responsive to start. I had a 75 gallon water heater that flooded my utility room. They sent out the two techs within hours of opening of business hours. Our situation was a bit special. Water heater two stories down and in a weird framed in closet the tank did not fit out of. They moved the washer and sink for me and left to do another job while I sawed apart the frame. That was on me for obvious reasons. I had to move electrical wiring too. The 75 gallon did not fit through the frame. Once I was complete I called and they were back in an hour. The entire new 50 gallon water heater was installed by end of business and less than 24 hours after the first discovery. It fit better. Operated better. Both techs were courteous, professional, knew exactly what they were doing as they were specific to water heaters. I will definitely call them again in any emergency. The other company called me to schedule the estimate when wizard was almost done….

I highly recommend Wizard Plumbing. I texted for quote at 6:45 am and got reply by 7 am. By 7:30 am, an appointment was scheduled for a 10 am-12 pm window for the same day. At 10 am promptly, Dustin stopped by and gave me an immediate estimate and then told me he had a replacement ready to install right there on the spot (Wow!) By 11:15 am, I had a new water with the exact specs of the old water heater and warranty service to back it up. Dustin was professional and friendly and did a great job. Water at our kitchen sink was backing up. We tried to snake it by ourselves and then discovered that our effort caused shower drain overflowing... We called Wizard Plumbing on Sat eve. and they scheduled the work the next day. Waylen Y and his team member knew exactly what to do and fix the drain issue quickly. Waylen was very professional and pleasant to work with and he explained the issue and answered all our questions patiently. We appreciate that they come out to provide service on Sunday!
